Santa Rosa Lawyer-Wallace Francis, Attorney At Law-Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense

About Me

Wallace Francis is an attorney licensed to practice in the state courts and Northern District Federal courts of the State of California. An aggressive litigator, he burrows into the background of a case and leaves no stone unturned. In a recent court case, he defended his client against a frivolous restraining order and was awarded $6,000 in attorneys fees after trial, despite the fact that opposing counsel had decades of experience. He completely impeached the credibility of the plaintiff. He went one step further and emptied the bank account of the opposing party. He is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, and a former instructor in the paralegal studies program at Empire College and was also the law librarian. His ability to research the facts and law of any case makes him a formidable opponent in court. A member of the Law Review at Empire College, he co-authored an article on the Supreme Court’s Blakely/Booker decision regarding the sentencing of criminal defendants.

Wallace has a powerful sense of purpose and believes that an essential component of his law practice is to defend the rights of those who suffer at the hands of others. He is unrelenting in his pursuit of justice and the truth.
